Women's boxingand sparring
Striking, pad work and controlled sparring, coached the same way as everything else here — technique first, contact when you are ready, and nobody thrown in at the deep end.
Is this you?
- Anyone who has never thrown a punch in her life
- Women who want the fitness without another treadmill
- Anyone who has thought about self-defense but not known where to start
- Women already training who want proper sparring rounds
What to bring
- Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt
- A water bottle
- Gloves if you have them — borrow ours if not
- No experience whatsoever

An hour on the mat
- 01
Warm up together
The whole room moves first — nothing complicated, and nobody is watching you. It is the easiest ten minutes of the session.
- 02
Technique on the pads
One or two things, worked with a partner holding pads. Stance, hands, a combination. You will be corrected by name, not shouted at from the front.
- 03
Rounds on the clock
Short rounds, controlled, with a coach walking between every pair. You go at the pace you and your partner agree on.
- 04
Finish and breathe
Stretch out, catch up with everyone, and go home having hit something properly.
No contract, no sign-up
Come and do one. Borrow gloves, work the pads, and decide afterward — nobody will chase you.

Your first class is free
Leave your details and we will call you back with a night that works. No sign-up and no contract before you have tried it.
Before you come down
- Do I need any experience?
- None. Most of the women in the room started with none at all, and several had never worn a pair of gloves before their first session.
- Will I get hit hard?
- No. Sparring is controlled and optional, and it only happens once you and the coach agree you are ready. Plenty of people work pads for months first and that is completely normal.
- Do I need my own gloves?
- Not for your first class — borrow ours. If you keep coming you will want your own gloves and wraps, and we sell them at the desk.
- What should I wear?
- Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or vest. Bring a water bottle. That is genuinely it.
- Is it women only?
- The room is a mix, and the sessions are coached so that everyone trains with a partner they are comfortable with. Call (321) 693-1765 and we will tell you exactly who is on the mat the night you are thinking of coming.
Come and hit something on a Tuesday
