Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is deliberately short, because we do very little with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, who is training, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for anything else and there is no account to create.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about training, and nothing else. Inquiries are emailed to train@bttmerrittisland.com and read by the coaching team. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the academy.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails stay in the academy inbox. If you would like yours deleted, email train@bttmerrittisland.com or call (321) 693-1765 and we will remove it.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.

Children

Inquiries about children's classes should be submitted by a parent or guardian. Photographs of students are published with permission — if you would like an image of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down.
