Jiu-jitsu forCape Canaveral
From Cape Canaveral you are down the barrier island and across the Banana River — an easy run outside of cruise-day traffic at the port.
Cape Canaveral onthe mats
A good number of our Cape Canaveral students work physically demanding jobs at the port or the station, and they tend to take to jiu-jitsu quickly. It rewards people who already know how to work — but unlike lifting, it asks your brain for something too, which is usually the part that hooks them.
Built around shift work
Port and Space Force shift patterns do not respect a fixed class schedule. That is why the mornings matter: with sessions before 7 AM two days a week and evenings the rest of the week, most shift rotations can be made to fit around something. Tell us your pattern and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
